How It Works
- Browse our catalog (see links below) and note the item numbers or page numbers of plants you’re interested in.
- Contact Morynos Utsurindo by DM or email with your list. They will send you the scientific names, descriptions, and international prices — including shipping and phytosanitary fees.
- Place your order with Morynos Utsurindo before the deadline for your region (see below). Please note: submitting an order is a request, not a confirmed reservation — see “Stock & Availability” below.
- We confirm availability after your order is received. Not everything in the catalog is currently in stock. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if any item you requested is unavailable, and can suggest substitutes where possible.
- Once availability is confirmed, we prepare and hand over the plants; Morynos Utsurindo handles the phytosanitary inspection, export clearance, and shipping.
- Plants are shipped by EMS, unless you request the January air-cargo option (Germany) or another special arrangement.

Note for customers in Germany: live plants can be shipped either by international parcel service (customs clearance may take a long time) or by air cargo through our German agent. The air cargo shipment is planned for January — it costs a little more but arrives faster and with less stress on the plants. If you’d like this option, please still place your order by August 15 and let us know your preference. Pricing details are still being finalized.

Stock & Availability
Please keep in mind:
- The catalog reflects what we grow, not real-time stock. Some items may be sold out or in limited quantity by the time your order is processed.
- Placing an order is a request — we confirm availability afterward. We check stock in the order we receive requests, so ordering early gives you the best chance of getting exactly what you want.
- Export eligibility also varies by country and species. Import regulations for live plants differ from country to country. If there’s something specific you’re after, feel free to ask in advance — Morynos Utsurindo can help confirm whether it’s likely to be exportable to your country.
If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, Morynos Utsurindo will contact you to let you know and discuss alternatives.
